That's a long time in 2016 ... could zimbra.org DNS hosting be moved to a
system you can control more directly and quicker?  Avoiding these IT
tickets?  Or can we point zimbra.org NS pointers to a DNS server you and/or
the community together can manage?

Just thinking aloud ...
