Yes, I am really busy these days :(
My plan was to make some initial things last weekend but it did not work
because of lack of time. I will try to reserve more spare time for doing it.

There are some stuffs need to be done in my mind:
* Write some initial guidelines for RPM packaging (for Zimlets first)
* Try to build the first RPM package for pgp-zimlet.
* Open those guidelines for more ideas, comments
Something next:
* Working together with you all to setup the RPM repos.
* Improve packaging guidelines

So there are two issues here:
* With my current resources, I need a few weeks to get these steps done.
So if you need it sooner, you can start with "alien". Open Source is
moving fast and improving. Once my proposal is mature enough, it will
replace the old one.
* Have we (Zeta) already got a wiki or similar to put documentation,
proposals on? Or all put on GitHub?

Comments, ideas?

P.S. I have no comments to domain/host for repos. After reading this
long thread, I wonder why we don't use both zetalliance.org and
zimbra.org for repo's URL?
