[Users] Migration from Exchange to Zimbra very slow

Hi, 

Has anyone done any migration recently from Exchange to Zimbra using the Migration Tool? 

We are trying to migrate a customer of us from Exchange and the Zimbra migration tool is very slow. I mean, it's taking about 40 minutes to migrate an account with just 300mb and 6000 items. 

We couldn't find any bottleneck. CPU, RAM, I/O, and NETWORK performance/sizing are OK.
