[Users] 8.7.0 Upgrade Bugs

We also ran into an issue going directly from 8.0.7 to 8.7 on our Mailbox servers. The migration step that modifies the schema of the mail_items table would fail part way through, but not at exactly the same place on each mailbox server. Of course once it fails, your upgrade is toast. 

The actual migration step that was failing though was introduced long before 8.7, and when we did a test upgrade to 8.6 last February, it worked. So to work around the issue, I upgraded each mailbox server first from 8.0.7 to 8.6, and then from 8.6 to 8.7. That seems to have worked
