Zimbra repo key issue & solution for Ubuntu

I earlier tried the same single step update of the key too. I discovered that it does not work consistently across all Ubuntu installs and it appeared that Ubuntu was somehow retaining & preferring the old Zimbra repo key and allowing it to override the newly imported Zimbra key. Only by manually deleting the old Zimbra key first did it then allow the new Zimbra key to be used using Zimbra's key import script.

So, for those affected by this issue, you can try Mark's one-step update suggestion first, and if that fails, next try the steps I listed by deleting the key & re-importing it. One method or the other should get you a working Zimbra repo.

On an existing system you can just run:

root at mb42:~# apt-key adv --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 --recv-keys 5234D2B73B6996C7
Executing: /tmp/apt-key-gpghome.eF89OxIils/gpg.1.sh --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 --recv-keys 5234D2B73B6996C7
gpg: key D5CEF8BF9BE6ED79: "Zimbra Packaging Services <packaging-devel at zimbra.com>" 1 new signature
gpg: Total number processed: 1
gpg: new signatures: 1

And then you can get updates OK.

No need to create the script in the wiki (which I note was updated yesterday). No need to remove the old key either.
