I discovered that it does not work consistently across all Ubuntu installs and it appeared that Ubuntu was somehow retaining & preferring the old Zimbra repo key and allowing it to override the newly imported Zimbra key. Only by manually deleting the old Zimbra key first did it then allow the new Zimbra key to be used using Zimbra's key import script.</div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>So, for those affected by this issue, you can try Mark's one-step update suggestion first, and if that fails, next try the steps I listed by deleting the key & re-importing it.
