This issue happen: 
  
- in ZCS 10 only (did not happen in ZCS 8.8.15) 
- whatever the client (ModernUI or Classic) 
- whatever the browser 
- in private session (no browser extensions enabled) 
- even with all ZCS 10 zimlets disabled 
  
I have attached an archive (not_rendered_email.tgz) containing a single email that's not rendered. Can you import it in a test mailbox and check if the email displays or not on your side?
