[Users] Migration from Exchange to Zimbra very slow

Hi, 

Just to report if anyone faces the same issue: The bottleneck was the Exchange throttling policy that is enabled by default. 

We were able to increase a lot the performance by disabling it for the admin user used for the migration:

It also helped mounting the temporary directory used by the Zimbra import in memory.

Thank you for the tip, but I have already disabled the Redologs and it didn't make any difference.
