[Users] Configurable Attachment Alert translation effort

Hello,
I think for the item number 3, we should not translate "Attachment Alert" because it is the name of the Zimlet.
That sounds strange for me (maybe it is purely subjective).
3 = Pr\00E9f\00E9rences Attachment Alert
