Hello Zimbra Community,

This week's group discussion topic for the Tuesday, October 6, 2026 Zeta Alliance call will be:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) may prove to be the most significant technological change since the commercialization of the Internet in the 1990s, or the invention of the semiconductor.  Early AI pioneers to-date have framed AI as a tool to automate email workflows with features like summarizing emails, drafting and sending auto replies, organizing incoming mail, and more.  Other efforts underway include introducing AI in to the analysis of inbound email for spam, phishing, and malware identification or parsing log files to identify patterns and watch for abnormal conditions.  Where do you feel AI is hitting the right targets for pain points experienced by end users and email admins, and what are the opportunities still waiting to be addressed?
