[Users] Emergency Patch 10.1.14

There was some mis-understanding in the zeta call. 
I just summarized the issues. I do not have feedback regarding either 10.1.13 or 10.1.14. 

Taking a look at the 10.1.14 release notes I am pretty confident that the Imap issue is fixed with that version.
