Improve search results - partial search by default

Hi.
A customer we have is "complaining" about having problems in finding email in Zimbra.
We tried educating them to search keywords, but they still experience difficulties in finding what they're looking for.
I suppose this is mainly because, with the Italian language, we have a lot of variation on words, given by plurals and tenses.

In my experience, using partial search terms suffixed by * help a lot in finding emails.
I was wondering there's some setting I missed which enables partial search by default.
