[Users] Zimbra using Zextras mobile : gmail.app on Android security settings are more secure than those set by your IT admin

Hello All, 

There seems to be a new Gmail app pushed on Android devices and it gives the following message 
for all users using the Zimbra Zextras Active Sync. 

The error message: 
gmail security settings are more secure than those set by your IT admin 

So far the only solution was to restore back an older version of the Gmail app. Is there a work-around 
or fix?
