[Users] Use unicode emoji's from ZImbra composer

While I do not like emoji's that much, the ones in Zimbra look so dated, I had 
to do something about it. So another lunch project:

It uses unicode emoji's in Zimbra compose, rather than data-uri images, which 
are not supported in Gmail etc.
