Yes you can throw away tokens via the CLI, OR you can expose 
the PrivacyIDEA WebUI. Then an admin can log-in and delete
user tokens as well.

That way you do not need to offer CLI access to the helpdesk staff.

In addition to delete, there is also a `deactivate` token option.

If the user has no more active tokens, the normal LDAP log-in will
work.

is there a "recovery procedure", in case you lose the 2fa app? can an admin disable 2fa for an account via cli?
