[Users] Github Pull request followed ?

Hello everyone, 

Does anyone know if the pull requests on github are followed ? 
I've provided a [ https://github.com/Zimbra/zm-jython/pull/1 | patch ] a while ago in order to solve this [ https://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=97706 | bug ] but I can't see any reaction.
