[Users] ZCS 8.7.12 patch 2

Hi,

For those who missed it, ZCS 8.7.11 patch 2 was released last thursday:

It doesn't fix much bugs but at least this one that hurt:

Apparently the archive does not contain any 
/opt/zimbra/jetty/etc/zimbra.web.xml.in file with new jsVersion value, 
so I guess we can expect some delays in the way browsers see the update.
I've just been told that the update pop up is shown after mailboxd 
restart, but in ZWC, the About window still shows Zimbra 8.7.11_GA_1854 
(build 20170531151956) instead of Zimbra 8.7.11_GA_2038 (build...). FWIW
