You have to examine the contents of localconfig.xml directly.  The 
zmlocalconfig command has a ton of built in defaults that are what gets 
displayed when there's nothing in localconfig.xml itself.

I.e., localconfig.xml only contains values where zmlocalconfig -e <value> 
was explicitly run at some point.
