[Users] Zimbra 8.7.0 Upgrade Concerns Expanded

Hi again,

I have to correct myself: I looked at the wrong branch and judaspriest-860-
foss does carry an ITS8054.patch so I guess version 8.6 is affected as well?  
According to the Git log it was added on 2015-11-10, unfortunately is there no 
Bugzilla reference in the commit message.
