[Users] Update Zimbra OpenPGP Zimlet

Hello All,

The Easter bunny has released version 2.0.7 of Zimbra OpenPGP Zimlet.

- Integrate OpenPGP Zimlet features when doing searches in Zimbra
- Added support for Russian language
- Upgraded OpenPGP.js to version 2.2.0 

When doing searches in Zimbra, messages in the search result can now be decrypted/verified/imported.
This currently only works in the traditional `By Message` view and NOT the `Conversation View`.

While the updated version may not look like much, it prepares the code to be integrated into
other parts of Zimbra as well. For example work when an email is opened outside of the reading pane,
in a new window or when in conversation view. But that still takes some time and effort.
