[Users] ownCloud Zimlet updated for ownCloud 9

Hello All,

ownCloud zimlet has been updated to support ownCloud 9. At this time
the zimlet works for both oc8 and oc9.

The public link sharing has been simplified, the zimlet no longer
sets a password on public shares.
