All votes are in and the Charter has passed. I updated the Charter to reflect this. 

If you want to see who were the initial Founders, they can be seen here:

Please note, the initial list of Founders was very randomly put together. Mostly by random conversations along the topic of starting an Alliance and if they were interested in the idea.

Now we can move on beyond the 'Founder' group and open it up for others to formally be included as Members or Patrons and deciding if they want to be on the BoD, Supervisory Board, or Board of Patrons. Please review Charter again for these roles/positions. 

If you want to be more involved and are willingly to put the time/effort in - please make a note on the spreadsheet under the "Want to be Member/Patron" Column in the "Accepted Or In IRC" tab or post to the list. The spreadsheet allows edits.

We also have one new item in regards to the Charter still. A request to modify the section about the GPL reference: 

> * To promote the use and development of the F/LOSS Zimbra Server [GPL] 
> * To promote the change of the ZCS UI and Zimlets to a GPL license or find an 
> alternative development project for this.
