Hello Founders,

In last week's 3 hour conference call Adam, Cine and Barry updated 
the charter and merged the organization structure and the charter
into a single document.

This week we would like to formalize the first version of the charter
(effectively removing it from draft status).

To do this we would like to ask YOU as a founder to read the charter 
and vote by email, +1/-1 on the contents of the charter:

The document has been set to read-only, but still allows comments.

We will close the voting on Friday, March 18th at 1900 GMT. We'll send out 
an update on the voting results on the founders dl and the users mailing list.

Then hopefully next week we will choose and appoint the first directors, 
team leaders and members. Moving on full speed with the Zimbra Alliance.
