[Users] Email Templates Zimlet is back in 8.7

Hello Adam,

There is a version for 8.0 that is reported to work:
https://www.zimbra.org/extend/items/view/zimbra-email-templates

There are no working versions for 8.5 and 8.6.

Scroll down, click other versions and show description to find the
8.0 version.

But honestly, I only test and dev against the latest version, 
time limitations and all. This Zimlet however, cannot be fixed for
8.6... so that is an exception, in is basically pre-released for
8.7.

 Added a couple of items to it and updated our url to github.

 I noticed there's a lot of forum posts about it being broken as well as the gallery page for it. You mentioned it works in the upcoming 8.7 build, but it unclear what versions of ZCS it is broken in. The last gallery comment mentions an edit that will supposedly allow it to work.

Hello Everybody,

I am pleased to announce that Email Templates Zimlet is working again as from
zcs-8.7.0_BETA2_1544.RHEL7_64.20160225120105.

That means the email templates will be back in 8.7. Later this week I will add
some screenshots and video material as how-to on Zimbra.org.

Also the Zimlet will be moved to its own repo in https://github.com/Zimbra-Community/
