[Users] Edits to Charter and FAQ docs

Everyone, 

I adjusted the Charter and FAQ document to reflect the changes in the last month concerning Zimbra employees being able to and have joined the Alliance. I avoided making a statement of "Zimbra Inc." joined directly, since that's probably a lawyer thing. I instead tried to make the adjustments that 'employees' have joined and are ok'ed to. 

Feel free to edit directly or discuss via this thread. You can do a 'File > see revision history' if you want to change the changes.
