Hello everyone, 

Last week, Jorge and I were able to discuss some things related to the 'Community Team'. Since the zimbra forums should be migrated by the end of the month, we should try and get the Zeta Alliance 'Community' team up and running so we can be involved in the forums like we intended. I proposed we have a weekly conference call to work things out and more importantly, to start building up some activity and action items. 

After some discussion with others - we're recommending 7pm GMT every Thursday for a teleconference. Will this time work for others? For now, we can continue to use freeconferencecall which will offer dial-in numbers for people to use.

Wiki Server Items 
Move to .org . 
Will discuss internally. [Jorge] 
Network/OSE split of wiki materials? 
Trouble-shooting stuff seems appropriate on wiki for Network Edition 
Will look into getting 'not-for'resale' licenses available for those that want to contribute to Network wiki's [Jorge] 
Admin guide/pdfs will stay on corp/com site 
Jorge sees three levels of articles, those that are: 
Zimbra certified 
Community certified 
Community written 
Wiki needs for new ZCS releases 
Find a way to share a spreadsheet with 'Community Team' to see how this work can be shared. [Jorge/Adam] 
Build a team to help manage wiki [Jorge/Adam to find volunteers] 

Forum Items

Jorge has a list we could work from, currently has three people from previous forum

Zimbra 'zimlet quarterly contest' $$ for winner, do each quarter [has budget for community stuff] 
Once Alliance gets legal status, these can become joint project/donations and tie into bountysource activity as well. 

Will discuss SPI/Legal entity stuff internally so we can move forward 
Resolving the Legal entity stuff is needed to get companies to 'donate' code/money to the Alliance and fulfills required legalities to do so when other companies are involved as well. 

Recommend weekly conference call to help build activity and establish action items for 'Community Team'
