[Users] Zimbra OpenPGP Anniversary release 2.2.0 with attachment support

Hello Everybody,

I am proud to announce the 2.2.0 release of Zimbra OpenPGP Zimlet. It adds support 
for encrypted attachments, compatible with Thunderbird/Enigmail. And this has been
integrated as far as possible in the Zimbra webmail.

Other improvements:

Reply/reply-all decrypted message.
Prevent accidental private key emailing.
Bugfix for select-self when using multiple user id's.

Cleaned up UI
Update OpenPGP.js


Future work includes adding Yubikey 4 (private key) support.
