A customer of mine experienced this in their on-prem 8.8.15 P3 single server.

<div>They turned on ZeXtras Mobile policy to require an alphanumeric password of at least six characters and then no more issues. </div>

<div>On my BSP farm I had already implemented a similar mobile policy, and none of my customers have called in with this issue. </div>

<div>I know this is not a solution for OSE customers without ZeXtras. </div>
