thanks for your input - we're always keen on getting feedback to
improve things.<br>

As for you first point: it's not required to reset any passwords
on Exchange or Zimbra side, as our service does support admin
authentication in both cases (and for many other systems as well).
Where did you find the (incorrect) info that a password reset is
required?<br>
<br>
As for your privacy concerns, we've gone great lengths to make
sure customer's data is safe during migrations. We're partnering
with many renown hosting companies and vendors such as
Zimbra/Synacor since many years.<br>
<br>
A clear advantage of the cloud-based approach is that it is
ready-to-use (does not require you to set up tooling by yourself)
and can easily scale. <br>
<br>
Also note that we do support local deployments of our tooling on a
project basis for larger migrations or especially sensitive
customers (this is currently not explicitly mentioned on the
Zimbra cooperation page though).<br>
