Here's a brief summary:</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Option 1.) Use the ZCS Migration Wizard for Exchange/PST (<a href="https://www.zimbra.com/downloads/zimbra-migration-tools/" class="">https://www.zimbra.com/downloads/zimbra-migration-tools/</a>). This will migrate email, address books, calendars, and tasks from Exchange to Zimbra. The documentation for it is in the "Migration Resources" section of this page: <a href="https://www.zimbra.com/documentation/" class="">https://www.zimbra.com/documentation/</a><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Option 2.) If the mailbox users already have their Exchange accounts setup in Outlook on their desktops, you could use Outlook's PST export feature (<a href="https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Export-or-backup-email-contacts-and-calendar-to-an-Outlook-pst-file-14252b52-3075-4e9b-be4e-ff9ef1068f91" class="">https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Export-or-backup-email-contacts-and-calendar-to-an-Outlook-pst-file-14252b52-3075-4e9b-be4e-ff9ef1068f91</a>) to export their mailbox in to a standalone PST file. Then, assuming you're planning to deploy Zimbra Network Edition, provision an empty mailbox for everyone on the new Zimbra server & ensure their class of service is set to allow the Exchange/ActiveSync feature. In Outlook, on each desktop,<span style="font-size: 10pt;" class=""> install the Zimbra Connector for Outlook. This will normally create a new, empty Outlook profile & it will do an automatic initial sync with their empty mailbox on the Zimbra server. Then, in Outlook, use Outlook's Import PST feature to import the PST file that you exported. This will cause the imported items to sync back up to the mailboxes on the Zimbra server. Similar to option 1, this will import email, address books, calendars, and tasks to your Zimbra server.</span></div><div class=""><span style="font-size: 10pt;" class=""><br class=""></span></div><div class=""><span style="font-size: 10pt;" class="">Option 3.) Hire a Zimbra BSP to perform the migration on your behalf. There are several of us on this mailing list, myself included, who can be engaged to help perform a smooth, coordinated migration on your behalf.</span></div><br class=""><div class=""><span name="x" class=""></span><div class=""><div class=""><div class=""><span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0); font-weight: bold;" class=""><br class="">Randy Leiker (</span><span style="font-weight: bold;" class=""><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" class=""><a href="mailto:randy@skywaynetworks.com" class="">randy@skywaynetworks.com</a></span><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);" class="">)</span></span><br class=""><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);" class="">Skyway Networks, LLC</span><br class=""><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);" class=""><a href="tel:1.800.538.5334" class="">1.800.538.5334</a></span><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);" class="">/</span><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);" class=""><a href="tel:913.663.3900;100" class="">913.663.3900 Ext. 100</a></span><br class=""><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);" class=""></span><a href="http://www.skywaynetworks.com/" target="_blank" class="">https://skywaynetworks.com</a><br class=""></div></div></div><span name="x" class=""></span><br class=""></div><hr id="zwchr" class=""><div style="font-weight: normal; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" class=""><b class="">From:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></b>"Deniz Kutluer" <<a href="mailto:deniz@fzm.com.tr" class="">deniz@fzm.com.tr</a>><br class=""><b class="">To:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></b>"Tony Publiski" <<a href="mailto:tonster@tonster.com" class="">tonster@tonster.com</a>><br class=""><b class="">Cc:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></b>"users" <<a href="mailto:users@lists.zetalliance.org" class="">users@lists.zetalliance.org</a>><br class=""><b class="">Sent:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></b>Saturday, October 27, 2018 9:59:34 AM<br class=""><b class="">Subject:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></b>Re: [Users] Exchange 2016 to Zimbra Migrate<br class=""><br class="">Hi Tony<div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I know this tool but this wasn’t migrate calendars and contacts.
