Before considering developing a zimlet (or upgrade to Zimbra NE) I think my team should look at some email encryption gateway projects such as
<a href="https://www.ciphermail.com/gateway.html">CipherMail</a> + <a href="https://www.ejbca.org/">
Ejbca</a> or <a href="http://www.openxpki.org">OpenXPki</a> because we do not use the Zimbra MTA for sending emails. Also maybe antispam systems can do that.<br>
