[Users] Rocket.Chat Zimlet and RC 6+

Barry, 

Rocket.Chat Zimlet v0.0.2 **does** work in ZCS 10.0.0_GA_4574 with Rocket.Chat on prem v6.4.0. We're using it. 

$ cat /opt/zimbra/zimlets-deployed/zimbra-zimlet-rocketchat/zimbra-zimlet-rocketchat.xml 
<zimlet name="zimbra-zimlet-rocketchat" version="0.0.2" description="Rocket Chat" label="Rocket Chat" zimbraXZimletCompatibleSemVer=">=2.0.0"> 
<resource>config_template.xml</resource> 
<include>index.js</include> 
<resource>index.js.map</resource>
