Hi Anahuac and Ananias,
Interesting re the problem still occurring on a lan. As discussed on the
call yesterday, I still recommend running wireshark and capturing the
traffic when it occurs on an SMTP connection and separately on an IMAP
connection (both without SSL/TLS). I think this will likely give an insight
into the cause of the problem. Please do both as the SMTP connection is
likely easier to diagnose if that shows a fault - well in my experience.
Of course if you want to share the packet capture, please be sure to change
any account passwords contained in the capture before sharing.
