[Users] Outlook client cannot get new messages automatically

Hi,
We have Zimbra multi-servers (8.8.15) and have trouble with Outlook client for some of users (not all users).
Sometimes, some users using Outlook client 2016 (IMAP accounts) cannot get new messages automatically.
To fix issue temporarily, users close the app Outlook then re-open => the result: Outlook client gets new messages normally.
Any advices?
For information:
- Outlook: 2016 v16.0.4266.1001
- Event logs in Outlook clients (Windows 7/10):
"The store C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\ [ mailto:buiduythuiway at baoviet.com.vn.ost | user at domain.com.ost ] has detected a catalog checkpoint"

- Event logs in Zimbra mailbox: there is no strange logs.
