[Users] Broken mobile web client since 8.8.15_P11 upgrade

I am on the second 8.8.15P11 and I can log in and use the "Standard (HTML)" webmail and the "Mobile" webmail. I've only clicked around each interface for a short time, but did not see any display issues or errors, and did not find the error below in our logs.
