[Users] Zimbra Offline mode broken in Chrome 85

Offline mode in Zimbra 8.8.15 is no longer working with Chrome as of version 85.
Users get the following message: "This feature is currently supported only in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browser."

Looking at the test behind this in Chrome debugger console, turns out that applicationCache test returns FALSE:

AjxEnv.isOfflineSupported = (AjxEnv.isFirefox || AjxEnv.isChrome) && AjxEnv.supported.localstorage && AjxEnv.supported.applicationcache && AjxEnv.supported.indexeddb && AjxEnv.supported.template;

And indeed, this is mentioned in Chrome 85 changes: https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2020/07/chrome-85-deps-rems
This will require changes in Zimbra: https://web.dev/appcache-removal/

Hope this can be fixed in a 8.8.15 patch ...
