[Users] problem with nginx emails

Good night, 
Sorry to use the list for this question, but I've been a week without being able to solve this problem. 

I have used proxy for email working perfectly. 
I need to mount a new proxy on another network, and that the connection 
is through international link. 
Emails do not work only https access to webmail. 
Ubuntu 16.04
