That's a good idea. I am looking for it too.

It's good to have a little fund for improving OpenPGP zimlet [1]. You
know, we need to implement "Encrypt draft mail" and some other features.
I just don't know what/how we can/need-to do to join this funding
campaign. Please tell more, thanks.
