[Users] Standard HTML webmail bug with attachments

Upgrading to Patch 8.8.15_P1 or setting zimbra_use_owasp_html_sanitizer to
false did not fix the issue :(

As zimbra release note say : "*HTML Client* is no longer supported, with
End of Technical Guidance set for 1 July 2022."

Hi guys,

Are you already aware of this issue on Zimbra 8.8.15 or should I open a bug
report ?

Using the standard HTML webmail you can't add some type of attachments. You
can add a .pdf file, but not a .odt file :

The webmail display a front error message asking the user to retry.
