Yep. We use FreeOTP and Yubikey. Works like a charm.

Don't know. According to
https://zimbra.github.io/zco-docs/8.8.9/ZCS_Connector_For_Outlook_Admin_Guide.html#_using_two_step_authentication_2fa
it should work with OL as well.
