[Users] Autocomplete not working after upgrade from 8.6 to 8.7.11

Barry,

To my understanding Zimbra has three sources for auto complete: GAL, emailed contacts address book, and a hidden cache of addresses we only see when we choose the address field drop down in a Compose window. 

That hidden cache has no UI, except the Forget link. Years ago I was told how to reset it by Support, but I can’t find my notes. 

I suspect it may be the root cause of your problem.
