[Users] Email Templates now supports inline images.

​Hi All, 


The new Email Templates is done, it supports inline images. 

And you can download it from here: 
https://github.com/Zimbra-Community/com_zimbra_emailtemplates/releases 
https://zimbra.org/extend/items/view/zimbra-email-templates 


It then inserts the inline image at the cursor using data uri-images. (The regular zimbra inline images don't 
work.)
