[Users] Zimbra OpenPGP Zimlet deprecation notice

Hello All,

Please note that as of today I have marked Zimbra OpenPGP Zimlet as deprecated.
I will provide maintenance updates till the 8.8 release.

New users should go on and try:
https://github.com/iwayvietnam/openpgp-secure-zimlet

Basically the openpgp-secure-zimlet provides better compatibility with
3rd party implementations. Also having iwayvietnam job maintaining it,
allows me to focus on different projects.
