[Users] Proposal to remove zeta alliance mailinglists that are not in use

Hello Folks,

I would like to propose the removal of the following mailinglists from
list.zetalliance.org. Mainly to just show users the least amount of
useless information on the webpages.

 - - Announce
 - - Devel-announce
 - - Docs
 - - Forums   Temporary location for Zimbra.org Forum Q&A ???
 - - Founders-discuss

The following ones have been used since day one, and we will keep those, doh.

Devel Main developer mailing list for now for Zeta related activities. Join this one first for developer activity.
Users Main mailing list for now for Zeta related activities. Join this one first.

I think considering the use of the users and devel (on the low end) it is
save to say, we will probably never user the other ones.


If anyone has objections, please reply, I will also bring this up on the call
tomorrow, in a week or so, I will proceed and hit the delete button, if no
one objects.
