First, there is the possibility of the COMMIT conference will have a 'bug bash' event with the ability to submit upstream. Many things have to get worked out still for this to be a reality - but let's all hope this will happen.
Second, if you are a developer or know of a developer that would contribute to the Zimbra Source code please let me know, because I'm trying to kick off a possible "crowd funding" situation to help developers attend the Zimbra COMMIT conference in New York City. If you would attend, but funds prevent you from attending - please let me know. You can reach me directly via ajcody @ zetalliance.org . If your a business and would be willingly to help with this effort or maybe want to offer "prizes" for a bug bash event, please email directly [if you prefer].
Third, I'm trying to see if the COMMIT event could allow for live video streaming. So if you can't attend - you could still participate - during a possible Bug Bash event. I'm also reaching out to ex-Zimbra employees and current Zimbra developers, to see if I can get them to attend and be available for Q&A during the Bug Bashing event.
Finally, please update the zeta alliance spreadsheet with code description that you would like to commit to a possible "Bug Bash" event. Please see the added columns.
*Individual Developer Input Related to COMMIT Conference
** List your name if you would like to work on this bug for COMMIT BugBash
[fingers crossed the Bug Bash can happened]
