Currently, Zeta is not setup as a legal entity. But I believe we have moved forward a little on this issue. I was able to speak with Erynn last Friday and brought up this topic and Synacor's engagement to it. The topic will come up during the COMMIT conference in NYC - I believe two agenda items will touch on it.

Hi. 

It might have been asked before. 

Is the Alliance able to send a bill/invoice/whatever official paper in order to get the accountants happy if a company wants to contribute? 

I don't know for other countries but this is quite needed in France (no money goes out unless "accountant-compliant" papers comes in).

I just removed the Indiegogo campain as they decided to no longer support PayPal, 
and that is about 90% of the contributions. Also, credit card payments via Indiegogo 
are very expensive (I believe they charged $10 a pop last time).
