I've taken the rough draft from the last agenda on the topic of Bugzilla and other issues and put them below. I've also restructured it so it's in a 
Problem-Recommendation-Benefit format. Please feel free to add, edit, or include document comments. This Thursday, we can discuss if it's something we still should share formally with Synacor/Zimbra.
