[Users] Enhancements to email reminder

I added the following features to Email Reminder Zimlet:

 - - Add option `Repeat` to set Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly recurrence.

 - - Add option to get an email notification along with the reminder.

 - - Add the body of the email to the reminder, you did not ask for that, but
  it seemed logical to me. The body is get from flag actions, when dropped
  onto the Zimlet or when composing.

And some usability patches:

 - - Automatically set the users email address for `Notifications By Email`
  in preferences, if it was not set yet.

 - - Automatically add the Email Reminders calendar, avoid the window refresh
  when first using the Send & Remind button.

 - - Remove the 'Notes:' prefix in the subject and reminder body

 - - Rename `Cancel` to `Cancel (Send without Reminder)`

And a patch is included in this Zimlet for 8.7 bug:
