[Users] Switching to new email host - more details to follow soon

FYI - Barry is migrating the Zeta Email accounts to a new server. 

In the end, the old accounts should use their existing password on the new server. He'll be importing/exporting the user data as well. 

* We will not be running zextras mobile on the new server. One reason for the migration was to have a better dogfood server for the new releases of ZCS as they come out. * 

Initially, the new email server login details will be https://powermail.nu - but we'll eventually also get https://mail.zetalliance.org working as well. 

IMAP server : imap.powermail.nu [eventually , mail.zetalliance.org ]

SMTP: smtp.powermail.nu [eventually , mail.zetalliance.org ]

Auth required for sending. Use user at domain format for username field.
