No, I did it, because most of my user type on the same day, in dutch, english and spanish.
The main benefit of configurable attachment alert is, that you can set alerts for
different languages at the same time. Where the upstream version always takes the UI
language. And that does not work for us.
But you can put only vietnamese, your users can overwrite the default setting later.
Also, the past couple of messages I received from you have a BAD signature, did you change
keys?
